Employee Competency Development Program at UAB "MESO Group"
Project goal is to improve employees' skills in the field of information technology. Artificial intelligence training can improve employees' skills, motivation, and the company's image. The development of employee skills is co-financed by the European Union under Progress Measure No. 05-001-01-05-07 of the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Program of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, titled “Creating a Coherent System for Promoting Innovative Activities.” The target group for this project is micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (in the Central and Western regions of Lithuania).
The total value of the employee skills development project is 52,579.80 EUR, of which 36,805.86 EUR is funded by the EU
